In the facilities of our Unit in Niš, for half of century now, we are manufacturing different types of steel constructions for the needs of construction of substations and switchyards, and as of lately we are successfully manufacturing steel construction for overhead lines of all voltage levels.

We are using the most modern equipment and machines for processing of steel constructions. We are cutting and marking steel sheets up to 25 mm thick on CNC machine SOITAAB Plasma Expert HD, and for processing L profiles up to L160x160x16, for the needs of manufacturing steel construction (of overhead line towers and other types of towers) we are using CNC machine FICEP A166 which are handled by highly trained staff.

Aside CNC machines we also have manual machines for puncturing, drilling cutting and bending the profiles. We also employ attested welders for the works of welding steel construction with MIG/ MAG i REL procedure.

We are using two insulation system processing plants for power transformers from 20 to 90 tons of transformer insulation oil.
