JP „Elektromreža Srbije“ is the founder of company „Elektroistok Izgradnja“ and as such all activities of leasing, hiring and using of the necessary equipment which is the property of JP „Elektromreža Srbije“ are regulated with Founding Act between JP „Elektromreže Srbije“ and PD „Elektroistok Izgradnja“.
